Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderers must have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the Applicable Law and in support of their qualification; the tenderer must submit the following documents with their e-tender:1. Valid Trade License.2. Latest Income Tax Clearance Certificate / Return Acknowledgement for the tax year 2023-2024.3. Valid VAT Registration Certificate.4. The Tenderer shall have general experience in the supply of goods and related services under at least two (2) successful contracts in the last five (5) years of IFT from government / semi-government / autonomous / state-owned organizations.5. The Tenderer shall have specific experience in the Supply of computer and computer accessories under at least one (1) successful contract in the last five (5) years of IFT from government / semi-government / autonomous / state-owned organizations.6. The Tenderer shall submit the catalogue of desktop and laptop computer including detail specification.7. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 8, 00, 000.00 (Eight Lakh). The liquid asset certificate must be issued after the publication date of IFT in the e-GP System.Without one of these, the tender may be considered non-responsive.
