Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
"Supply, Fabrication, Assembly, Delivery and Testing of Remote Data Aquisition(sARQ) Board and Subsurface Module Board(SSM)"
1. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, through the GAA 2024 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (₱ 1, 100, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for "Supply, Fabrication, Assembly, Delivery and Testing of Remote Data Aquisition(sARQ) Board and Subsurface Module Board(SSM)" with the Purchase Request Number 320240704851-0-1. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
