Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Supply of food and maintenance products.

The Bidder must provide written proof that it meets the following requirements:
The average turnover for the years 2020, 2021 and 2022 must be at least equal to the amount of the offer. The turnover figures are taken from the financial statements (balance sheets, extracts from the balance sheets and operating accounts), certified by a certified public accountant or attested by a certified accountant registered with the Order for the years 2020, 2021 and 2022. These balance sheets must include the following statement affixed by the competent tax service “balance sheets or extracts from balance sheets in accordance with the declarations submitted to the
tax service”.
Newly created companies must provide a bank certificate of availability of funds or commitment to finance the market in an amount at least equal to 30, 000, 000 F CFA (The certificate must conform to the model given in this file).
Technical capacity and experience:
The Bidder must prove, with supporting documentation, that it meets the following experience requirements:
Have at least two (02) similar contracts with a minimum value per similar contract of 30% of the amount of submission. Said similar contracts must be proven by certificates of service performed and copies of the cover pages and signature pages of the corresponding contracts or any document emanating from public, parapublic or international institutions making it possible to justify its capacity to execute the contract in the rules of the art during the period 2020 to 2023.

5. Candidates must attach to their offers the following administrative and tax documents: commercial register, certificate of non-bankruptcy dating back less than three (03) months and up-to-date tax clearance.
