Quotation are invited for Supply 510 Food Baskets to Al-Qafr District-Ibb Gov.

C. Pre-bid Meeting for Questions/ Clarifications:

There will be a pre-bid meeting on 14/Aug/2024 @ 11:00 AM at IMC Office in Sana-a and replies will be shared with all participating bidders.

D. Other points

· International Medical Corps - Yemen reserves the right to accept or reject any incomplete bid document.

· Bids received after submission deadline above, will not be accepted.

· It is preferred to provide proof of work relevancy (i.e., experience with similar type of work - Contracts, certificates, etc.).

· IMC is not bound to accept lowest bidder nor give reasons for rejection or acceptance.

· Bids will be opened in a public session on 26/Aug/2024 @ 12:00 (Yemen Time). The vendors- representatives who will attend MUST provide an authorization letter from the vendor/ company along with his/ her ID.

· Bidders should be registered in SCMCHA through scmcha.info.
