Tenders are invited for Supply of Goods and Equipment for Water Supply and Sewerage Works

Bidders shall only have the option of submitting bids electronically. Interested Bidders may request a copy of the Bid Document by sending an email to projects@nawasa.gd. The subject line of the email must include the ICB No. WSEP/ICB/GDS/01. Further information and/or clarification can be sought from the 1st address below.

The electronic Bidding submission procedures shall be as follows: All bids should be submitted in pdf, with a copy of the Price Schedule in .xlsx format, all password protected, no later than 3:00pm Grenada time on 30th April, 2024, to the following email address: cpu@gov.gd. The subject line of the email shall state “Bid for the Supply of Goods and Equipment for Water Supply and Sewerage Works”. The body of the email shall clearly state the name of the Bidder and list the files attached. All files submitted should be clearly labelled e.g. Lot 1 Bid, Lot 2 Price Schedule. Qualification information only must be submitted simultaneously to the second address below. The burden of proving receipt of the email will be on the applicant and will not be met solely by a read receipt or sent items report generated by the applicant-s computer.
