Supply of a high-resolution mass spectrometry equipment coupled to a nano-HPLC for a proteomic platform for the Scientific-technical Services of the University of the Balearic Islands, financed with the project 07FI2022, Scientific-technical infrastructures Science Ecosystemand technology of the Balearic Islands.

This contract requests the acquisition of a high resolution mass spectrometer and exact mass that can work in MS and MS/MS (MSn) mode. This equipment must have the capacity to work "on line" with nano-HPLC type systems ("High Performance LiquidChromatography") to achieve effective separations in complex samples for proteomic studies. In addition, it must have the ability to work in MALDI-IMAGING mode, in order to obtain "omic" mappings (metabolomic, lipidomic and proteomic) on biological samples. This equipment allowsIt will address comparative and quantitative proteomics analysis of the highest quality and resolution, and address cutting-edge strategies such as single cell proteomics, metaproteomic analysis and tissue proteomic mapping. An open procedure is processed with evaluable criterias through value judgment (on B) and automatically evaluable criteria (on C)
