Tenders are invited for Supply of Infant Radiant Heaters (Neonatal Resusitation Bed) with Neopuff (Warmer with Resuscitators, Infant) 1

Non-refundable Bid Fee - Rs. -: 2, 000/-

Refundable Bid Security - Rs. 20000/-

Bids should be submitted using only the Bid Forms obtained on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2000.00
made to the Shroff-s Section and on submission of the receipt thus received and applications submitted contrary
to such requirement will be rejected. Bids prepared in two copies should be placed in a sealed cover marked
clearly the name of items for which tenders are submitted, could either be sent by Registered Post addressed to
Chairman, Procurement Committee, District General Hospital, Moneragaia or placed in the Tender Box kept in the Official Room of the Accountant of the District General Hospital, to be received at or before 2.30 p.m. on 21st August 2024.

• Acceptance of Tenders will be closed at 2.00 p.m. on 21.08.2024 and opened immediately thereafter. Bidder
or one of his authorized representatives can be present at the opening.
• Relevant Bid Forms can be obtained from the Accounts Section of the District General Hospital from
01.08.2024 up to 16.08.2024 on normal working days, between 9.00 a.m. and 2.30 p.m.
• Relevant Bid Forms can be inspected free of charge at the Accounts Section of the Office of the District
General Hospital on normal working days between 9.00 a.m. and 4.15 p.m.
