Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Educational Equipment: Livestock Specialty

3. The procurement will be conducted by International Competitive Bidding (ICB) as defined in the Guidelines for the Procurement of Goods, Works and Related Services within the framework of projects financed by the Islamic Development Bank, April 2019, (the “Guidelines”), and open to all bidders from eligible countries as defined in the Guidelines. Prospective applicants are also encouraged to review Clauses 1.18 to 1.21 of these Guidelines regarding the IDB's rules relating to conflicts of interest.
The contract resulting from this Call for Tenders will be awarded on unit prices.

5. The Tender Document in French can be consulted free of charge or purchased by any interested bidder by submitting a written request to the above email address against a non-refundable payment of fifty thousand (50, 000) CFA Francs. Payment method will be cash. The tender file will be collected from the Project Management Unit.
6. Offers must be submitted to the Project Management Unit (PMU), located at the address:

This offer guarantee will be delivered by a bank or financial institution (such as an insurance company) approved by the Ministry of Economy and Finance or in a country in the UEMOA/BCEAO region. If a bidder produces a bid guarantee from a foreign bank (bank outside the UEMOA/BCEAO area), this must be accompanied by an agreement signed between the guarantor and a bank established in Côte d'Ivoire or in the UEMOA space.
