Supply, installation and commissioning of a Smart Building solution on future administrative buildings of the CFL group. The basic building for this call for tenders will be the new SNCFL headquarters, located 7-9 place de la Gare at L-1616 Luxembourg composed of renovation work for existing buildings as well as new constructions work. Two other buildings must have the same services and use cases will be optional. The projects are part of the R2S (Ready 2 Services) approach and in the BREEAM (Excellent) / Well (Platinium) environmental certification procedure.
