Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance of 1 No. of 6-Body Mortuary Cooler
Bids should be submitted under National Competitive Bidding procedure and all bidders
should not have been blacklisted. Interested eligible and qualified (CDDA/NMRA) bidders
may obtain further details and bid documents between 9.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. on weekdays
from 25.06.2024 until 15.07.2024 on submission of a written application upon payment
of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 15, 000.00 (Fifteen Thousand) to the Accountant (Tel. No.
0707672718) of the District General Hospital, Embilipitiya.
A bid security of Rs. 325, 000.00 (Three Hundred and Twenty Five Thousand)
should be submitted with the bid and the bid security should be valid until 13.11.2024.
Bids without a valid bid security will be rejected without any intimation.
All bids should be submitted in duplicate and should be inserted in separate covers marked
as Original and Duplicate and both covers should be reinserted in a single cover mentioning
“01 No. of 6-body Mortuary Cooler for the Mortuary of District General Hospital,
Embilipitiya” and may be delivered to the Chairman, Procurement Committee of the
District General Hospital, Embilipitiya to receive at or before 2.00 p.m. on 16.07.2024.
Late bids will be rejected and the bids will be opened at 2.30 p.m. on the same day at the
Accounts Division in the presence of bidders- representatives.
Pre-bid meeting will be held at the hospital lecture hall at 10.30 a.m. on 03.07.2024. All
bidders are requested to attend this meeting.
