Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation, Commissioning & Delivering of Hardware for the Extension of the Existing Production and Dr Sites of the Core Banking Solution of National Savings Bank of Sri Lanka
Procurement of IBM AIx Platform for the Implementation of the T24 Core Banking Solution at the Production site & additional Hardware for DR site

Interested Bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the Bidding documents at the Supplies Division of the National Savings Bank, 255, Galle Road, Colombo 03, via the contact numbers 011-2574004/ 011-2377200 Ex. 515 up to 07.09.2021 between 9 am to 3 p.m. on working days.
A complete set of bidding documents in English language may be obtained on submission of a written request made on a company letterhead (original) to The Chairman, Ministry Procurement Committee, upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of LKR 50, 000 between 9.00 am to 3.00 p.m. on working days from 18.08.2021 till 07.09.2021. Payments should be made by cash to the counter at Head Office Branch, National Savings Bank, 255, Galle Road, Colombo 03.
Bids should be addressed to the Chairman, Ministry Procurement Committee, National Savings Bank, 255, Galle Road, Colombo 03. either to be received under sealed cover by Registered Post or delivered by hand under sealed cover to the General Manager / CEO of National Savings Bank of the above address on or before 2.30 p.m. on 08.09.2021.
Bids must be accompanied by appropriate Bid Guarantees as mentioned above. The sealed outer cover enclosing the separate original and duplicate envelopes should be marked “PROCUREMENT OF HARDWARE FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CORE BANKING SOLUTION” on the upper left-hand corner.
Technical Bids will be opened immediately after the closing time, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who nominated to attend at 2.30 p.m. on 08.09.2021 at the General Manager / CEO-s office of National Savings Bank. Late bids will be rejected.
Bids shall be valid up to 07th December 2021
