Eligibility of Tenderer : 22.1(m).1. The Tenderer must hold a valid Trade License, renewed for the period of submission of Tender22.1(m).2. It must possess E-TIN given by the Income Tax department under the National Board of Revenue.22.1(m).3. The Tenderer must have Income tax certificate (Assessment year 2022-23 or Updated) as proof of payment of income tax.22.1(m).4. The Tenderer or authorized signatory must have National ID card.22.1(m).5. The Tenderer must have VAT Registration Certificate (BIN), issued by the VAT department under the National Board of Revenue22.1(m).6. If it is a limited company registered with the Registrar of the Joint Stock Companies, it must possess Company Certificate of Incorporation.22.1(m).7. Proof of the minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be BDT 1, 20, 00, 000 ( One Crore Twenty Lakh ) for last one year up to the date of submission of the tender in the form of Liquid Asset/ Working capital/ Bank Credit facility certificate.22.1(m).8. The required reports on the financial standing, such as profit and loss statements and audited balance sheet shall be for the minimum last 03 (three)years.22.1(m).09. The Tenderer must have specific experience as a supplier of related service in minimum 100 branches/locations in minimum 02(Two) Govt./Semi Govt./ Autonomous/Bank/Financial Institute organization in Bangladesh within last 5(Five) years. As a proof, Experience certificate from that/those organizations must be submitted.22.1(m).10. List of technical personnel like Technicians/ Engineers are to be provided as proof of having sufficient manpower. In addition to that bidder have to submit bio-data of 3 personnel having relevant vendor certification.22.1(m).11. Current data connectivity provider (Winner of the tender ID: 864892) is not eligible to participate the tender.
