Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : Tendere are:(a) Not been prevented by the order of any Judicial Court from entering into and/or signing contract with the procuring entity as per PPA-2006, PPR-2008.(b)Tenderers shall have at least 05 (Five) years of overall business experience preceding the date of publication of IFT.(c) Certificate of successfully completed similar lift-s supply & installation in Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous body/Reputed Limited Company at least Tk. 35.00 (Thirty Five) lac in a single tender during the last 05 (Five) years. (Work completion certificate along with NOA & workorder should be submitted)(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk.45 (Forty Five) Lac. Documents should be submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Letter of commitment for Bank's Undertaking for Line of Credit as per form PG3-8 of tender and contract forms section must be submitted for this purpose.(e) Tenderers shall be the Lift Manufacturer or Authorized Agent of Internationally reputed Lift Manufacturer and also submit the Agency ship certificate/ Agreement with Lift manufacturer .(f) The tenderer shall submit the Satisfactory certificate in favor of experience of installing 08 nos proposed brand lifts for the last 05 years.(g) Up to date ABC electrical contractory license of the bidding entity & BC supervisory license of technical personnel working in the bidding entity.
