Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 1 (One) year; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.2. The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of:a) Session Border Controller (SBC) of at least 3(three) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 1(One) year, each with a value of at least Tk60 (Sixty) Lac or higher.b) IP telephony platform and hosted PBx of at least 1 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 1(One) year, with a value of at least Tk25 (twenty five) Lac or higher.c) Billing software of at least 1 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 1(One) year, with a value of at least Tk5 (five) Lac or higher.3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be BD Taka 2, 40, 00, 000/- (BDT Two Core and Forty lac Only).
