The quotation shall be submitted to the MRC Secretariat Procurement Unit, not later than 15 September 2023, at 15:30 (local time), in a sealed envelope clearly marked “RFQ23-00368/RFDMC Supply of IT Equipment for the MRCS-RFDMC: DO NOT OPEN BEFORE SUBMISSION DEADLINE”. The sealed envelope shall be addressed to the MRC Secretariat at the following address:
