The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office III (DA-RFO III), through the GENERAL APPROPRIATION ACT for the Year 2025 intends to apply the sum of THIRTY MILLION PESOS (P30, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY OF LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF ANIMAL QUARANTINE FACILITY CONSISTING OF 3 LOTS TO SUPPORT INSPIRE PROGRAM UNDER LIVESTOCK PROGRAM 2024 per Identification Number DA3- 2025-01-0376 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
