The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office III (DA-RFO III), through the GENERAL APPROPRIATION ACT for the Year 2025 intends to apply the sum of TEN MILLION THREE HUNDRED NINETY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (P10, 395, 000.00)being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY OF LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SHEE HOUSE CONSISTING OF 4 LOTS TO BE USE FOR THE LEED UNDER THE LIVESTOCK PROGRAM FOR CY 2025CY 2025 per Identification Number DA3-2025-02-0702 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
