1. The Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), through the Approved Budget for CY 2024, intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION EIGHT HUNRED SEVENTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php1, 870, 000.00), VAT Inclusive, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply of Labor and Materials for the Repair of Seven 7) Units Blower Fan Assemblies of the Cooling Tower of the Centralized Air-conditioning System (APP2024-UP-27). Bids received in excess of ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
