Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderer shall have minimum Five (05) years of overall experienceTenderer shall have minimum Three (03) years of specific experienceTenderer shall have ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Certifications and have valid certificate with online verification method, also provide web address to verify the certificate.The specific experience as a supplier of similar nature of Goods at least 02 (Two ) number of contracts from Govt./Semi-Govt./Statutory Public Authority must be submitted. Two contracts must be amount of at least BDT 20, 00, 000/- (BDT Twenty Lac Only) during last 03 (Three) years (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper).The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 20, 00, 000 (Twenty Lac Only). Documentary evidence for the above liquid assets/credit facilities shall be submitted with the tender in e-GP system. Conditional certificate shall not be accepted.The tenderer shall provide Manufacturer/Distribution authorization. certificatesThe tenderer shall have enough working experience and man power to conduct the installation, operation and maintenance the system 24x7 for minimum three years.The tenderer must submit the following information and supporting documents-Valid Trade LicenseUpdated Income Tax Clearance / Payment CertificateVAT and TIN CertificateCompany ProfileProfile of Key PersonnelAudit Reports for last three years
