Tax clearance certificate3. Note: For Evaluation and Awarding of the Contract. a. Each item shall be evaluated and the contract will be awarded separately to the firm based on the sample. b. The contract shall be awarded based on the samples submitted by the bidders (Sample-based awarding)c. The bidders have to submit their samples within seven days after opening the tender for evaluation and failure to submit samples shall be considered as non-responsive bid.
