Brega Petroleum Marketing Company announces the prequalification to supply (100 Thousand) low-pressure LPG regulators for LPG cylinders in accordance to the technical specifications and terms and conditions specified in the scope of work.
Therefore, companies possessing relevant experience in manufacturer similar equipment's with technical and financial capabilities are invited to express their interest in participation to supply and provide this tender by submitting their files for prequalification according to the following terms and conditions:
A. Legal Documents:
▪ Provide organisation's articles of incorporation cover letter expressing of interest to participate in the tender addressed to high tender committee.
▪ Company-s Memorandum of Association.
▪ Company-s registration certificates at company-s homeland certified by the Libyan Embassy.
▪ Full address of the company headquarter and its branches, telephone, Fax numbers, Emails and website address.
B. Financial Documents
▪ Provide the financial status for the last three years authenticated by a legal auditor.
▪ A recommendation letter from the company's main bank confirming the integrity of the company's banking operations.
C. Commercial Documents
▪ Full detailed report showing company-s commercial activities during the last three years and a list of the company clients with supporting letters from them (References).
▪ Company's Quality Control and Inspection Certificates.
