Description : Providing maintenance technicians for the Bahrain Polytechnic campus in Isa Town for a period of two years. The required Experience and Qualifications for all the job Titles, Diploma Degree or a Professional technical Certificate related to each Job Title and Minimum Three years- Experience in the fields related to each Job Title. For MEP workers: the spare parts supplied by Bahrain Polytechnic, but the contractor should provide the required tools for his MEP manpower, The contractor should provide tools set to each trade technicians (Chiller Technician, Electrician, Plumber, and maintenance worker). Also provide charging drill machine, heavy- duty drill machine (for steel & concrete), Water pressure pump for chiller service- 2 no-s., Clamp meter -3 no-s, Digital thermometer -2no-s, Brazing set with cylinders, Vacuum pump, grinder (steel & tiles cutter). The contractor must submit monthly report for all checks, call attended, and preventive maintenance carried out.
