Tenders are invited for Supply Meals to Patients at Al Jumhori Hospital in the Maternity and in-Patient Departments.

Offers in sealed envelopes, accompanied by required documents and put it in the box next the organization-s gate, should be returned by 17:00 on 16-03-2024, at the following address:

Offers in sealed envelopes, accompanied by required documents and put it in the box next the organization-s gate, should be returned by 17:00 on 16-03-2024, at the following address:

MSF Taiz City Office, AL Jumhori Area near the Former electricity corporation.

Any application returned after this date will not be considered.

Reception

The envelopes will be opened in the presence of the MSF log Manager, project coordinator, HR manager, MTL, Finance manager, and representative of the supplier in the following week of the closing of the reception, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted by phone, in the MSF office in Al Jumhori Area near the Former electricity corporation.

The representatives must leave immediately after the opening of the envelopes and have no right to influence MSF OCA-s decision in any way. If the representative is not present at this time, their proposal will not be considered.

Validity

We agree to retain these offers for one month starting from the day of receipt of the offer. The offer is thus valid and may be accepted at any time before the end of the period mentioned above.

Assessment

MSF is under no obligation to accept all the optional equipment specified in the list of technical characteristics.

Equipment

· MSF will not provide any cooking or serving equipment. The supplier must provide this. For each meal, the caterer will deliver the food + clean plates and cutlery and serve the patients (with the help of the nurses, for example : if the patient is sleeping, the food will be kept for her, covered by plastic film)
