Eligible Suppliers / Agents could obtain tender documents by presenting a copy of their renewed licenses (Foreign Trade Auxiliary) VAT Registration Certificate, Registration Certificate Issued from the Ministry of Finance & Economic against payment of a non-refundable Birr 115.00 from the Procurement Department, Addis Ababa Beklo Bet Garad Building, 3rd Floor during working days from 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
Bids should be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the bidder offer in the form of Bank Guarantee held by Supplier Name (not by local agent) which will be payable on first demand by Chemical Industry Corporation Mugher Cement Factory.
