The OSCE Programme in Bishkek is currently implementing an Extra-budgetary Project entitled Reducing risk of illicit small arms and light weapons, ammunition and explosive proliferation in and across border of Kyrgyz Republic. The project is implemented in close co-operation with the State Border Service of the Kyrgyz Republic. As part of the project, the Programme Office is planning to purchase two all roads vehicles for safe transportation of six passengers, including the driver, and six dogs respectively.
