Objective: UNICEF RCA wishes to establish a framework agreement with one or more financial service providers (PSF) having the capacity to provide money transfer services to the beneficiaries of its projects in RCA.Type of contract: the selected PSF will be seen Assign a long-term agreement (framework agreement) and which will serve as a basis for establishing a contract (s) as needed. Each payment program will constitute an annex to the framework contract. Type providers: the PSF of the following categories are invited to send their application: banking institutions; Microfinance institutions; Financial messaging; Electronic currency establishment; Payment aggregators and platforms; Number of selected candidates: Several PSF can be selected during this tender process.
