Mandatory Requirements:
1. The tenderer shall achieve a minimum of 60% of the total percentage allocated to the technical submission as
specified in the evaluation criteria. In case this minimum mandatory requirement is not achieved by the tenderer,
the financial submission will not be evaluated.
2. The tender should include complete details and profile of the company with atleast five years of experience.
3. The tenderer should have completed at least three mega projects for operational organizations and environment (24x7), preferably in aviation field such as airports, air traffic center and operational towers.
4. The tenderer shall attend the Site Visit to be carried by MTT after two weeks from the Tender release.
The Area Control Center (ACC) Building of the Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications (MTT) is one of the most recent air traffic control centers in the region The total construction area of the project is 3120 square meters. The building includes a main center with the latest air traffic control system, equipment room for operational systems equipment, beside offices and building facilities. The Supply of New ACC Fixture and Fittings project is an essential element to equipp the building with the suitable fixtures and fittings to provide convinient work environment for air traffic controllers, engineers and all employees so that all factors are available to provide distinguished services at a high level of safety and quality standards. The equipment shall include office furniture, restroom and canteen fixtures and fittings, curtains, carpets, indoor plants, and all required appliances, accessories and decor.
