Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer : (i) Valid Trade license, up-to-date TIN Certificate and VAT Certificate(ii) The tenderer shall have a minimum 5 (five) years of General Experience in the supply of Goods and related services i.e. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.(iii) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods (Photocopier and at least any one of the other items which include Refrigerator and/or Color TV and/or IPS and/or Water Purifier and/or Document Shredder) of minimum BDT 45, 00, 000/- (forty-five lakh Taka only) under Maximum 1(One) contracts in the last 5 (Five) years i.e. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. (iv) The Minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods are Supply and/or production capacity is 100 (one Hundred) nos items (Photocopier and/or Refrigerator and/or Color TV and/or IPS and/or Water Purifier and/or Document Shredder) in any one year within last 5 (Five) Years i.e. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.(v) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. bank balance or working capital or credit facilities or credit line (s) of the tenderer shall be BDT 60, 00, 000/- (sixty lakh taka only).Note: Bank Statement, Statement of Credit Account and Line of Credit issued not earlier than 28 (Twenty eight) days prior to the day of IFT date of this contract and bank balance or working capital or credit facilities or credit line (s) shall be unconditional.(vi) Other requirements are stated in TDS
