Eligibility of Tenderer : 1) All Bangladeshi citizens, who have valid Up-to-date trade license, Up-to-date tax clearance certificate, TIN, BIN, VAT registration certificate and Bank solvency certificate.2) The tenderer shall have the legal capacity to enter into the contract.3) The tenderer with a poor performance, consistent history of litigation or arbitration awards against it shall not be eligible to tender.4) The tenderer shall have 05 (Five) years relevant working experience.5) The tenderer shall have Satisfactory completion of minimum 03 (three) work order of Printing & supply of OMR to Education Board or Bangladesh Public Service commission or any government organization.6) The tenderer shall have satisfactory completion of minimum 40 (Fourty) lakhs in single work order of printing and supply of OMR to education Board or any Government organization7) The tenderer must capable to read the OMR sheets through Axiome & Sekonic OMR Scanner machines and 8) As per TDS
