The UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES VISAYAS, through the BURS # 2024-07-2083 intends to apply the sum of SIx MILLION FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PHP 6, 400, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for “SUPPLY OF ONE (1) UNIT FREEZE DRYER AND ONE (1) UNIT SUPERCRITICAL CO2 ExTRACTION MACHINE FOR THE BIOACTIVE PROTEIN LIPID PRODUCTS FROM MUSSELS PROJECT (ITB-2025-001)”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
