The tender includes, for sub-agreement 1, measurement, manufacture and delivery of orthopedic footwear, including repair and adjustment of the same, as well as orthopedic insoles and for sub-agreement 2 breast prostheses, to citizens with a license according to § 112 of the Service Act, cf. LBK no. 170 of 24/01 /2022. With orthopedic fodt0j means individually manufactured footwear, semi-orthopedic footwear and factory-manufactured footwear, see appendix 3 "List of offers", tab 2 "Definitions" for further definition.
The offer is valid for all citizens of the mentioned municipalities who are authorized to purchase Orthopedic footwear etc. and breast prostheses efter Service Act Section 112.
The total expected consumption of the products covered by the tender is the following on an annual basis:
Sub-agreement 1 - Approx. DKK 3, 500, 000 annually.
Sub-agreement 2 - Approx. DKK 700, 000 annually.
Offers can be submitted for one or both partial agreements. An agreement is entered into with one tenderer onr. delaftale.
