Detailed terms and conditions of the Tender is specified in the Tender Documentation.
- Bidder shall confirm compliance of the goods with the requirements for the Goods specified in Tender
Documentation as well as provide certificates, official letters from manufactures, confirming
compliance of the goods with the Tender requirements for each item where it is applicable;
- Bidder shall have experience in importing of similar equipment and materials to Iraq;
- Bidder shall provide all the required documents in accordance with the Tender Documentation;
- Bidder shall provide valid Company ID, Chamber of Commerce ID card (for Companies/Branches
registered in Iraq) issued by Iraqi Central Government;
- Bidder shall provide General Commission for Taxes ID card and/or tax registration certificate (for
Companies/Branches registered in Iraq);
- Bidder shall provide valid Non-prevention letter issued by Ministry of Finance, General Commission
for Taxes (for Companies/Branches registered in Iraq);
- Bidder shall provide Bidder-s legal entity registration documents;
- Bidder shall comply with the Operator-s HSE and security requirements; and
- Bidder shall accept key terms and conditions of the Call off Contract draft provided by the Operator
under this Tender;
- Bidder is capable to provide samples of PPE if required;
- Bidder is capable to provide service on embroidering, printing Company-s logo on the PPE if required;
