Tenders are invited for Supply of 250 Ton P V C (100 Ton PVC Compound Insulation) & (100 Ton PVC Compound Sheathing) & (50 Ton PVC Filling) (One Batch).

Closing Date at 12 Pm According the Local Time in Nasiriya on 19/6/2023

4-The price of selling the tender documents is 500, 000 ID (only five hundred thousand Iraqi dinars and no other) cannot be refunded only in case of cancellation of the tender by our company without compensation to the bidders. 5-Interested bidders can purchase tender documents after submitting a written reque to UR State company at its headquarters in Nasiriyah or the Baghdad office which returns to our company in Al Karrada area - Al Bujamaa - ID No. 139 - Abu Nawas Street - adjacent to Diana Hotel Tourism (Mobile No. 07901299181) To obtain the tender papers after payment of the sale value of the documents described in paragraph (4) above. 6-The bidder should use the form of tender form in Section four (Tender Forms) and the form should be filled in with the required information without changing its form and no alternatives will be accepted. 7-Required qualification requirements: (as indicated in the tender documents). Our company is not obliged to accept lower prices. 8- Bids shall be delivered to the following address: (UR State Company / Commercial Section, Address: Dhi - Qar Governorate - Nasiriya - Souq Al Shuyukh Junction) on time (Closing date at 12 pm according the local time in Nasiriya from closing date on (19/6/2023). The late bidders will be rejected and tenders will be opened at 12:15 on the same day of closing (19/6/2023) in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who wish to attend the following address (the headquarters of the general UR state company in Nasiriya / room opening committee). 9. A special conference will be held to answer inquiries at 9 am local time in Nasiriyah, the day (12/6/2023), at the conference room.
