The subject of this supply is the replacement of the existing surface pumping assemblies with new vertical axial flow pumping assemblies, hydraulic lubricant with a surface support head with a head for mounting a V1 flanged motor with a power of 75KW at 990 revolutions 380V/50Hz, insulation class F.
Turbine with axial flow brass impeller, propeller type, suitable for water with portable materials for anti-flooding and drainage projects
The supply will include the dismantling of the old pumping units and installation in the exact same position of the new ones, which will beare superior to any other type of pump in the following points.
•The best degree of efficiency in the delivery of more than Q≥ 3000 m3/k at a geometric height of up to 5 meters.
•Less maintenance requirements, due to the easier access of the surface motor and the single vane propeller type.
•Eminimization of pump braking by portable materials, due to the open vane type compared to closed or semi-closed type vanes (closed in submersible pumps and semi-closed in pump type).
•Work in conditions of lack of water without suffering damage unlike other pumpselectrical assemblies (submersible electric pumps).
•Due to the reduced engine speeds, the damage to its mechanical parts is zero, increasing the lifetime of its electrical parts as well.
