Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Reputed Tenderer/ Supplier who have minimum 5(five) years of general experiences of goods supply in Govt/ Semi-Govt/ Autonomous Organizations. Document in support of 5 years general experience should be submitted.b) The minimum value of supplied Smart Boards under 1 (one) contract as specific experience is minimum Tk. 36.00 (Thirty Six Lakh only) Lakh or 2 (two) contract is Tk. 40.00 (Forty Lakh only) Lakh in the last five (5) years from Govt/Semi-Govt or Autonomous Organizations. Experience in educational institutes will get preference.c) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Tk. 36.00 (Thirty Six Lakh only) Lakh. The issue date of documents should be after the publication date of IFT in eGP portal.d) Tender Security is Tk 1, 15, 000.00 (One Lakh and Fifteen Thousand only) to be issued in favour of Head, CPC, SUST, Sylhet.e) All backward date will to be counted from the date of publication of IFT in eGP portalf) The tenderer shall have updated Trade License & Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate.g) Manufacturer-s Authorization Certificate from Principal for Smart Board must be submitted by the bidder. i) Experience Certificalte in the form of "Work Completion" must be submitted.
