Expression of Interest are invited for Supply of Smartmeters
Eligibility criteria for AFD financing are specified in sub-clause 1.3 of Procurement Guidelines for AFD Financed Contracts in Foreign Countries, available for download on AFD's website.
Interested Applicants must provide information evidencing that their products will perform as described in the attached Specifications, and that their firm is capable of supplying the materials in the time frame required. For that purpose, documented evidence of recent and similar goods shall be submitted.
The Client will also take into account for the evaluation of the applications the following items:
• Past contracts of similar value
• Financial capacity of the Applicant
• Quality assurance procedures and certifications of the Applicant
• Product Specifications by the Applicant
