Tenders are invited for Supply of Solar Equipment

• Newly created companies whose date of establishment of the first balance sheet has not arrived at the date of submission of offers are exempt from the presentation of financial statements. However, to assess their financial capabilities, they must provide a bank certificate of availability of funds or commitment to finance the market in an amount at least equal to 150, 000, 000 F CFA (the certificate must conform to the model annexed in this file).
Technical capacity and experience
The Bidder must prove, with supporting documentation, that he meets the following experience requirements:
• Having completed at least two (02) contracts for the supply of solar equipment with a minimum value per similar contract corresponding to the amount of his bid. Said similar contracts must be proven by certificates of good execution, receipt reports and copies of the cover pages and signature pages of the corresponding contracts or any document emanating from public or parapublic or international institutions making it possible to justify its ability to execute the market according to the rules of the art during the period 2019 to the present. For contracts that include several items, the monetary portion of the supply of solar equipment must not be less than half of the bid.

6.
