Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 (Three) years of experience in the supply of Goods and related services.The satisfactory completion of supply of Spare Parts in any Power Plant or in any industrial entity amounting not less than BDT 50, 00, 000.00 (Taka Fifty Lac Only) under 2(Two) contracts in the last 03 (Three) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. For further details, please refer to the Section-I: 'Instructions to Tenderers (ITT)' clause 15.1 along with Section-II: 'Tender Data Sheet (TDS).The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents: a) Valid and updated trade license, VAT registration certificate, Income Tax certificate or or proof of submission of Income Tax Return of latest applicable Tax Assessment Year b) Any other document that are required by the law of GoB to fulfil the supply and service.
