Information on the type and amount of individual assortment will be provided at the second stage of the procedure to contractors invited to submit offers.

2. The ordering party noprovides for the possibility of exercising the right of options.

3. The Contractor's Quality Management System must comply with PN-EN ISO 9001: 2015. The subject of the contract will be supervised by the quality carried out by the RPW in accordance with the AQAP 2131 edition C version 1.

Pursuant to art. 404 para. 1 of the PZP Act for grantingOrders in the fields of defense and security may be subject to a contractor with its registered office or place of residence in one of the Member States of the European Union, the European Economic Area or the state with which the European Union or the Republic of Poland has concluded an international agreementregarding these orders.
