Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Bidders must submit the Certificate for proving bank solvency, VAT Registration, Income Tax certificate and Experience certificate of similar works.2. Bidder must have supply experience of equipments like Thermal Imaging Camera (Infrared), Insulation tester, Tan delta, Oil testing set, CRM etc. will be considered as similar work of Tk- 10.0 lacs by single tender.3. Supply record of 3 years is required.4. If the bidder is not Manufacturer, Manufacturer authorization letter is required.5. End users certificate of bidding equipment have to be supplied.6. 5 (five) years experience of supply and 3 (three) years experience of similar product have to be submitted. In this connection years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system will be considered.7. Other terms & conditions as per TDS.
