Execution Of The Transition Of The Service, Which Will Involve: ● The Installation, Adaptation And CommissioningFrom the Call Center Program to The Needs of the UOC. ● Installation of Necessary Symmetrical Adsl Lines, In Order to Ensure Correct Communication Between the UOC Installations and those of the Service Awardee. ● Providing training to agents on the use of the Call Center Program.The needs to be met are described in detail in the supporting report, in the supporting report and in the technical specifications.
