Tenders are invited for Supply of Vang Vieng Landfill Management Equipment (Crawler Type Excavator and Tipper Truck) (“the Goods”) and Delivery to Vang Vieng Landfill Site at Vang Vieng within 45 - 60 Days following Effectiveness of Contract
Vang Vieng Landfill Management Equipment (Crawler Type Excavator and Tipper Truck)
A complete set of Bidding Documents in English (in hard copies) may be obtained by
interested eligible bidders at the address given below from 8:30 to 11:30 hours and 13:30 to 16:00
hours on all working days from 1 July 2024 for a non-refundable fee of Lao Kip 2, 100, 000
(exclusive of courier fee) payable either: (i) in cash; or (ii) by bank transfer to the Project bank
account No.010110101601206001; Account Name: STIIGP; Bank name: Banque Pour Le
Commerce Exterieur Lao Public (please present proof of payment). Other than payment of nonrefundable fee, there are no other conditions for the purchase of the Bidding Documents.
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 14:00 hours Lao time, 9
August 2024. Electronic bid submission will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will
be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders- designated representatives and anyone who
choose to attend at the address below on 14:15 hours Lao time, 9 August 2024.
