Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (five) years of overall experience in the supply of Goods Equipment and Machineries and related services. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.(b) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 (three) years of Specific experience in the supply of Goods specially Educational/Training Equipment and Machineries and the satisfactory completion of supply of Equipment and Machineries and related services of value minimum BDT 80.00 Lacs (Taka Eighty) under maximum two contracts within the last 3 (three) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.(d) The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are: similar Item, 4 nos/year (e) The maximum 2 (Two) number of arbitration against the Tenderer over a period of last 5 (five) years. (f) The Tenderer shall have Manufecturer Authorisation or Must be authirised Dealer/Distributor.
