Human Appeal invites you to tender to become a preferred supplier for Supplying and delivering olive trees and agricultural tools to farmers in KRG Duhok -Iraq This tender pack has been specifically created to provide you with all the information required to understand Human appeal requirements, and complete a response to the tender.
Scope of Work
1. The products are for a humanitarian project in the Duhok governorate and surrounding regions, supported by HA-UK.
2. The item will be delivered to Duhok (Shekhan, Bardarash, Akre, Sumel, and Zawita). Human Appeal will share the delivery schedule with GPS and notify the winning vendor if an alternative region is added.
3. The 600 registered farmers in Duhok will get trees and tools after completing human appeal training courses.
4. All Supplier-s with legal registration either in Kurdistan or Iraq region are eligible to apply, suppliers without official registration will be neglect.
5. Successful Suppliers- will be informed within via email.
How to Apply:
· All offers, in English language only, and Completed tender document must be send to email address: IQ-23-90501.tender@humanappeal.org.uk and hard copy (Sealed and enclosed envelop) must hand delivered to Human appeal office, Erbil, Dream City, Building 1159, no later than 5:00 PM 04-February-2024. Late bids will be rejected
· Please include in the subject line of your email (IQ-23-90501 Tender), and any email without a topic title will be ignored
· The offered prices shall be quoted in IQD only - Iraq Local Currency.
· Tender-s pricing offer shall be valid and open for acceptance for 30 days following the tender submission deadline without revisions.
