This RFT is to select a suitable Vendor to provide the Urban Planning and Development Authority (UPDA) with the supply and renewal of licenses along with full and comprehensive maintenance and support services for the Productivity Software Products starting from 1st January 2024 to 31st December 2025. The points listed below are considered mandatory, where the vendor must achieve to be eligible for financial and technical evaluation. In case the vendors did not achieve any of the following, their tender proposal will be eliminated without evaluation (Partial Award Not Acceptable): • The Vendor must be preferred partner or an authorized dealer, distributor for the software described in (Appendix A). • The dealer, distributor certificate must be submitted with the tender document. • The Vendor must cover 100% of the listed software described in (Appendix A).
