Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Reputed contractor/supplier/any firm who have minimum 05 (Four) years of specific experiences in similar works. (Time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT)2. The manufacturer from whom the products to be collected must have the manufacturing and supply experience of minimum 05 (Five) years3. The Tenderer must have to submit up to date Import Registration Certificate (IRC), (Time will be counted upto the date of submission of tender).4. The tenderer must have to submit up to date income tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate (13 digit), Trade License.5. The Tenderer must have to submit Total Amount (as mentioned with listed) of Turnover supported by payment certificates only.6. The experience certificate of the successfully completed similar assignments issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of concerned department of organization must be submitted along with the Tender. Only the completion certificate will be accepted.7. Other eligibility criteria will be imposed as per the TDS and PPR-2008, PPA-2006 (with latest amendment).
