Description : This Tender Document is to select a suitable Vendor to provide the Urban Planning and Development Authority (UPDA) with new High-end Devices for Maps printing (Plotters) including Three (3) years comprehensive warranty and support (Appendix A). The devices will used for UPDA Major Projects for printing the maps and drawings. The output quality is the important factor of these project. Hard copy of the output is frequently required for presenting to the higher authorities for correction, modification, and approvals. The accuracy and the clarity are important because most of the printing data contains lots of minute details, color separations. Line details etc. For the perfect printing the data is required high quality plotters.
