Tenders are invited for Provision of Supplying HSSE Dept CCTV Spare Parts Procurement.
Proposals Submission Deadline: 26th June 2023 12:00 PM Baghdad Time.
3.2.The bidders shall submit the Proposals in English language and in USD to AL -WAHA Kut camp.
3.3.The bidder should sign on the transmittal and the undertaking paper when submitting the proposals, otherwise
the proposals will considers not received
3.4.The proposals must contain the date and signature of the authorized manager of the company or office.
3.5.The tax will be deducted from the total amount according to the Iraqi taxation law
3.6.If the Contractor with the lowest price quit this bidding or fail to finish the work according to the contract, he is
compulsory to pay the difference amount between his price and Al-Waha actual price. Otherwise, the company
will be inserted into Al-Waha Company black list.
