Description : The solution of choice must be based on Odoo. Implemented modules on GPC Existing ERP system (Odoo) . Participating for the companies in Bahrain only GPC would like to procure a Human Resources Management System (HRMS) system that covers all the requirements. In addition, migrate smoothly all the data from the current HRMS system to the new HRMS system. Such replacement should include the required migration of data and integration with other GPC systems. The objective of this tender is to appoint a company that is capable to develop and replace the current HRMS system with a new user-friendly system to handle and control the HRMS system. The system should meet our requirements and needs, including Human Resource Master, Performance Management, Leave Benefits, Time and Attendance Payroll, Leave Benefits and Management, Training, Employee Management, financial reports, and reporting for Auditors. etc. The HRMS will help to cover the full spectrum of HR day-to-day administration.
