Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Supplying, Installation, Commissioning, Developing, and Maintenance of Web and Mobile Software Applications and Their Related Server Infrastructure to Effectively Strengthen the Services and Activity of Kattankudy Urban Council. (Smart City)

A. To Computerize All the Services Provided by the Council and the 45 Types of Revenue of the Council and Thereby Create a Mobile Application Network that is Easily Accessible to the General Public and Service Recipients and Make Online Payments from Anywhere in the World.
B. To Develop a Mobile Application so that Service Recipients and the General Public can Submit Their Complaints and Requests Online and Solve Their Grievances.
C. To Develop a Mobile Application that can Provide Access to the Instructions, Commercials and Advertisements Issued to the General Public by the Council and Advertisements Issued by the Other Public and Private Institutions.
D. It Needs to Create a Web Application that can Run from Our Office and Control the Mobile Application.
E. To Establish, Install and Maintain All Types of Server and Servers System Required for this Project and Provide User Guidance and Manuals Related to this Project.

The Pie Bid Meeting on the above project will be held on 22nd September 2021 at 10.30 a.m. At this meeting, the bidders will be given a clear explanation about the subjects that need to be included in the project, and the bidders can ask questions, if there are any doubts.

When attending the Pre Bid Meeting, the Bidders should be able to submit a demo in order to state their position on the project.

The Bid documents can be obtained from the Urban Council by submitting a written application to the Chairman of the Kattankudy Urban Council Procurement Committee after paying a non-refundable bid document fee of Rs. 4000 / - from September 08th to September 28th from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. This payment should be made to the Shroff of the Urban Council.
